Gigguana Guidelines
- Joining: This is an invite-only space. You need to be brought in by a current member.
- Vouching for People: If you invite someone, you're responsible for them. If they cause trouble, it reflects on you.
- Consequences: If someone is a bad actor, they'll be removed. The person who invited them will get a "strike."
- Getting Removed: If you get three strikes (from people you invited misbehaving), you'll also be removed from the platform.
- Be Cool: Don't report people without a real reason. We're built on trust and good faith. You'll get a demerit if you falsely accuse anyone.
- Issues? If you have a dispute, bring it to the Council. We'll help sort it out. Judgment will range from demerits to expulsion.
Community Structure
Our community is organized into three dedicated Signal chats, each serving a specific purpose:
🌱 The Crèche
This is the entry point for new members who haven't yet proven themselves. It's a space to learn, ask questions, and get initial experience with smaller gigs.
👥 The Crew
This private chat is for proven, trusted workers who have demonstrated their reliability and skill through successful collaborations and gigs.
🏛️ The Council
This chat is dedicated to resolving disputes between members of the crew and making community decisions. It ensures fair treatment and maintains the standards of our community.
